Try our core blends and find your favourite!This bundle includes Dark Horse (dark roast),  Show Pony (medium roast), and Palomino (light roast).

Over the years we've developed a refined stable of core blends. Originally we just had Show Pony, which was created to be a coffee that works on all brew methods and pleases every palette. It's a beautiful vibrant espresso, but it's great as a filter coffee as well. 

Then, we added Dark Horse. By mistake. One of the roasters added the wrong beans into a blend of Show Pony, but it actually turned out really nice! After a few refinements, Dark Horse was born. It's more robust than Show Pony and it too can be a very rich espresso or a nice robust filter coffee.

Lastly, Palomino joined the line-up earlier this your to round it out with a light roast blend. We crafted it to be nice and fruity and sweet like popular light roasts, but it's less citrus-forward and has lower acidy than a lot of other light roasts.
