Danielle is the granddaughter of the farm's founder. When her parents relocated and her sister moved abroad in 2018, she took over management of the farm entirely on her own. Since then, she's been implementing sustainable farming practices and pushing the quality of what comes off her land — and it shows in the cup. When we cupped it, we kept coming back to caramel apple, maple syrup, granola — \u003cstrong\u003ethere's something almost bakery-like about it. \u003c\/strong\u003eWarm, sweet, comforting, and a touch of elegance.
