Red Honey Process
An excellent example of the work with hybrid varieties (through research of Coffee Research Institute of Costa Rica). This hybrid takes the best qualities from other varietals, improving cup quality, yield, and resistance to disease. The Honey Process also conserves water (which is sustainable access to is extremely difficult).
This red honey is winey, thick and rich, with lots of sparkle. Excellent on pour over. Try alongside the White Honey Process (Christmas Miracle) - same coffee, different process!
