Meet Palomino!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe set out to craft a blend that hit all the notes coffee lovers want from light roast profiles: a bit fruity, some pleasant acidity and some floral aromas. We also wanted to make sure it was consistent, approachable and incredibly balanced. In short, the perfect coffee to brew at home and drink black, but you can also offer it to guests without them thinking it's \"too weak\" or \"too acidic.\" It's just darn fine coffee, roasted on the lighter side, that everyone can enjoy.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAfter a whole bunch of test batches, we found the perfect combination and ratio of beans, and the perfect roasting temperature and drop time.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePalomino delivers some subtle fruit notes like pear and apple and it has very pleasant and mellow acidity. Plus, it's sweet and toasty - like caramel - with a surprising amount of body for a light roast coffee.
