The first-ever Camp Smoking Gun comes to an end with a delicious little ditty of a coffee and a heartfelt farewell from Camp Counsellor Brandon.
We did it! We Camp Smoking Gun’d! As we sip on this final coffee that really sings with some lovely notes of citrus, we again want to express our joy and gratitude to everyone who joined us.
We hope you had a lot of fun and don’t hesitate to leave your feedback in the comments below or email us at hello@smokingguncoffee.com. We’re already thinking of ways to make next year more interactive and more exciting. We wish it didn’t have to end, but we can’t WAIT until next Summer.
We’re getting a little choked up so we’ll let Brandon take it away. Watch the video below. 🥲

Farmers Sergio and Jose Jarquin have been producing coffee for over 5 years in the zone of Mozonte. They put a great deal of focus on quality and are always innovating new ways to optimize their production. The profiles that are extracted from their farm are incredibly unique and bursting with intense fruity flavours.
La Bendicion Family Estate is located 1500m-1800m above sea level in the zone of Mozonte in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. The land above 1700m is all protected forestry, preserving the agroforestry systems and biodiversity on the farm. The farm has an incredibly unique landscape with one of the highest-altitude growing areas in the country.
This one features more of those wine-like flavours and aromas thanks to the carbonic maceration. Cutting-edge coffee stuff! Let us know how you feel about Kumbaya in comments!
We know we got a little weird on y’all with some of these beans, but Summer Camp is about learning, trying new things and forging new friendships. We sincerely hope you had a fun and memorable time with us. We’re definitely doing this again next year!
Coffee, huh? Welp, see ya later. ✌️

What a nice coffee to end on! The cola-esque flavour added some savouriness to balance out the citrus quality beautifully. Unexpected and complex, yet very enjoyable. Is it just me or is there some cardamom or something like that in there?
Camp SG was a super fun way to intentionally enjoy some amazing coffee this summer!
Probably my fav out of all the weeks. And yes, I made it as espresso and added it to my oat milk. It was absolutely amazing. It reminded me of lime cola, with what I thought was a hint of vanilla.
Thank you Camp Smoking Gun for being part of my summer!
